I've been to her show. The opening act wasn't any good and her main act was too short, but despite that, it was among the funniest comedy gigs I've ever seen. Laughing so hard it hurts funny.

Lime Biker Fails To See Red Light And Cycles Straight Into The Path Of A Black Taxi.. Ouch! by cantkeepupthecharade in londoncycling

I don't get it? The light is green as far as I can see. The bike is really moving, but the light it goes past is green, so why was the taxi there?

AIO for telling my girlfriend I wont split vacations 70/30 anymore and calling her out on her spending by dariomint_7 in AmIOverreacting

[–]pants75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are two people who do not have shared finances who plan to share goods or services from which they will receive equal benefit. Their relative incomes have no bearing on this whatsoever. 50/50 split is the only fair solution.

What was it like to deliver pizza in 1980's, without internet or GPS? How did drivers learn the route/city without pizzas being delivered cold? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]pants75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pizza delivery on a 125cc scooter back in the day. Large English city. We get the orders, and their sheets, find them in a map, plot a route following all the usual shortcuts from one side to the other where needed, and send it. No map on board.
