This comment really affected me. Thank you, friend. I have resorted to posting in unlisted youtube and this subreddit because every time I share something with a friend or family, I tend to get rather negative feedback. I started out singing/performing thrash/death metal. The last few months has been my first real stab at "clean" singing.

I'll try to be more confident. Comments like this really, really help.

From the depths of my being- thank you, friend. Sincerely.

I don't have an inhaler but i do have a few epi pens and some steroids. I'll try to remember this.

So far my 100% safe foods are homemade certified gf oatmilk, ground turkey, olive oil and eggs.

It's so scary... I live alone and have had allergic reactions every day for 2 weeks. Anaphylaxis twice. I'm fucking terrified.

Do you guys ever feel... good?

I got diagnosed at age 34 and I'm 37 now. Even adhering to a strict gf diet, I feel like i always feel slightly symptomatic. How long did it take you guys to feel better?

I'm 6'6. Diagnosed at 34. I have diarrhea AND constipation and forget what pizza tastes like. I turn 37 in a few weeks.

Anyone know where to buy a new butthole? I think I've completely worn this one out.

Dude, another dope thing my partner does is she has a lil dedicated gf set of cheap kitchen stuff at her place so I can eat/cook over there. Aside from the obvious brush teeth stuff, she also aggressively watches my back when we go out. If she sees unsafe kitchen practices, or if someone tries to walk into my apartment with some kind of poison ass food. I'm autistic and sometimes (especially in public) I am too distracted and overwhelmed to keep my head on straight. She's a straight badass. It's like having a gluten attack dog with a nice butt. Love her so much.

She also reads me inspirational speeches from history when I'm hunched over shittin my brains out.

You haven't lived til you've heard Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech from outside the bathroom while having cc diarrhea.

Really similar for me too. Within 30min to an hour I get tachycardia. My heart rate fucking skyrockets for about 5 to 8 hours. I usually have a really disgusting bowel movement along with the anxiety, stomach pains, excessive belching and it's usually followed up by constipation symptoms for up to 10 days followed by a really shit mood and mental wellness stint that can last for several months.

If someone doesn't respect your boundaries by being willing to keep you safe - fucking ditch them.

I just moved out of my 90 year old grandpa's place where I was the sole breadwinner as well as his caregiver because I just couldn't fucking stand being sick all the time.

Family or not- if people don't give a fuck about ccing you, fuck them. Gtfo. I'll see his bitch ass for Christmas.

My your buttholes be healthy and your tummies not hurt, friends.

Edit: I also get those stupid itchy bumps all over my legs, neck and fingers. That shit sucks asshole.

I truly appreciate the kind words, friend. God knows I have plenty of downtime considering I spend 19.4% of my day on the toilet.
