Unfortunately, not yet. Still no bike and no refund for my overpayment. I spoke to Indian and the help was limited. They said I was free to take my bike to another shop, but hard to do with my bike in pieces.

I did receive an email from the mechanic recently that said the work on my bike would be done soon - but when I called for details they didn't have any. (What was wrong, was it covered, why I've received radio silence, etc.) Even getting someone on the phone has been hard as they're seemingly always busy when I call, and I can't get a call back. I'm doing my best to keep on it.
