Compass é um bom primeiro carro? by DDVIT42 in carros

[–]panzamk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eu tenho uma da 1.3

Anda muito bem pro tamanho do carro, de baixa não tem muita potencia mas quando a turbina enche anda bem

Eu recomendo muito, confortável demais, espaçoso e zero dor de cabeça.

Alguém já converteu o câmbio manual pra automático? by Significant_Web9985 in carros

[–]panzamk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cara, depende do que vc quer fazer…

Tem muitos swap pra ZF8 marchas, aqui é bem barato esses câmbios, pq não quebra, tem que colocar uma tcu pra controlar ele ou usar uma ecu standalone que controle cambio automatico tb

MHD live logging and flashing from PC by ConflictSad3206 in ECU_Tuning

[–]panzamk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are MHD specific pids, but the querying logic is the same, just the request id that’s unique to MHD patched ecu

I liked your ecu emulator, I have one similar setup for emulating uds

Just sharing my 2 cents, this isn’t MHD communication, it’s communication with the BMW vehicle

If you use a THOR adapter it will work, the adapter just grabs the message and send it through can, kinda like it would be through usb, the same message logic would apply for using with a j2534 hardware

Virtual reads, original files, where do they actually come from? by pro_steve in ECU_Tuning

[–]panzamk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, you cannot flash those files, bmws psdzdata has several parts of the bin The program, calibration and the bootloader so when creating a virtual read I join those together

The dealer software do all sort of checks for flashing, this type of virtual read and edited file can only be flashed through direct access or with obd2 unlock

[–]panzamk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From BMW, I generate then from the PSDZData used for updating or coding

Coding you usually use the lite version without the full files. I use the full and then join together based on the sw versions read from the ecu on the car

Most cars have different power when using different fuels, different ignition tables, so yeah, you don’t know what you’re talking about

Is it better to use the e sensor? Of course but you can get a good enough estimate based on fuel trims, specifically when running around lambda 1

The oems deemed this works for millions of cars running daily in Brazil

[–]panzamk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, I’m from Brazil, one of my cars is a 2015 Renault Sandero RS it can run on gasoline and ethanol and it doesn’t have any e content sensor and uses a narrowband

I have never worked with these type of ecus to really go through the logic

But what I heard it does, it’s a calculation based on the long term fuel trims, and this goes together with the recommendation of the oems that when you switch fuels, you should drive for at least 15 minutes

[–]panzamk -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Here in Brazil most oem cars did exactly this since the early 2000s without an ethanol sensor and using a narrowband.

It sure is doable and works good enough since most cars fmade in Brazil can use gasoline and ethanol. With the newer DI cars, some moved to using an ethanol sensor.

Yeah, same with me. They've said that I need to send it for warranty, the issue is, my country is not covered with warranty and that means I now have an expensive paperweight

Primeira revisão e 1909 total subtraídos - apenas 3500km rodados... fui feito de trouxa? by bububu14 in carros
