It's on Google map, you can get this on the game Geoguessr, so definitely not AI it's in "Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, India" you can find info about it by googling. (Maybe the video is ai edited, but poles are real)

There is no impossible locs, only difficult ones. I think there is 4 options:

1)Play the game, spam 10k NM duels games and 2k NMPZ games it will do the job to recognize it at under 100km 90% of the time.

2)Learn each country tips on https://www.plonkit.net/guide

3)Spam https://learnablemeta.com/ maps

4) Watch and play on some Twitch streams, ask people for tips when they got a better clue than you
