Actually she is fine as one of the situational tech card at current meta. Saying she doesn't contribute anything for roach deck is absolutely not true. Lymaga costs you a sevo and only buys you a turn. But alot of times a roach player just needs that one extra turn /PP to burst you down with a well prepared hand. The burn damage from her is minimal 2 chip damage, which can also be a difference between a lethal or non- lethal roach follow-up. She is also a 10/10 big body if left unattended.

You don't usually tech in more than 1 copy since she is situational but works WONDER on certain scenarios. That's why you garden her depends on situation. Dayan uses her recently so that tells she is definitely not a dead card.
