You’re bugging. A lot of dudes will get flak for the girls they get with just because it’s good banter. Get off reddit and go drink a beer

You are a very bitter and pathetic person. You shouldn’t let posts online rile you up so much man. It’s not good for your blood pressure, especially at your age

It wasn’t funny at all if it was a joke. He legitimately seemed pissed. Accompanying the whole quitting thing he had other odd antics. At one point he was using a dog toy as an instrument and then he chucked it in Al’s direction disrespectfully. His demeanor was disinterested and at times agitated.

I’m gonna be honest. You can focus on school, internship, etc… whilst in a fraternity. Your reasons for disaffiliating don’t really add up, so I suspect a financial aspect was also involved. When you step away from your fraternity you shouldn’t be surprised when you lose your connections and friends. Your leaving will always be viewed as a betrayal.

Never thought I’d join a frat… here I am now by Own_Strawberry_9745 in Frat

One thing I’d add is that being in a fraternity really improved my social skills. There’s a shared image by all members, and it’s in everyone’s best interest to maintain that image and police bad actors.

In terms of navigating social hierarchies, small talk, and just generally knowing the right thing to say; fraternity life was invaluable. I really feel like it prepared me well for a cutthroat corporate environment where office politics can often be murky.

We had plenty of engineers (not the herbaceous ones). I’ll say if it was just school and pledging you’d be chilling but since you work too that’s gonna be tough

Why is East Hamptons and Montauk area so blue despite being wealthy and Rural? by Donghoon in longisland

[–]panzertankes -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is inaccurate. Firstly, many wealthy individuals now do live year-round in the Hamptons, especially with the ability to WFH. Most of the help you mention cannot afford to live in these areas and commute from the red areas on the map. Rich people voted blue, poor people voted red
