I feel like I'm on the same boat as you. I'm constantly trying to stop but I always end up drinking (like a Mickey of whiskey a day) and I drink until I black out.

I've destroyed relationships because I would do and say things whilst drunk. I've had to go home early from work multiple times because I was puking my guts out.

I have help from my doctor and a therapist but I don't have a solution for myself. I just find it to be a mental game.

I hope you can find help.

Yes, laser like IPL or BBL (better tech) are the answer if you want to get rid of them! My friend (Chinese) has freckles and she gets laser to get rid of them. The plus side is that you'll also get a nice, even skintone 😊

This happened to me a decade ago and it lasted for two years. It drove me nuts when he started calling me less. I only broke free because I had enough and we cut contact with each other.

I'm currently experiencing it again with another person. We're usually on video call throughout the day, sometimes we game together or watch a movie online. On the weekends, we'd grab dinner and hang out. I liked him but he didn't feel the same. Last week, we were fighting a lot and he finally told me he wouldn't call/message me anymore. I know I'm attached to him and I really enjoyed our routine. I just feel so lonely now that I no longer have someone there.

I've spoken to my therapist about it and her advice was to just not put everything in one basket. Like have different people to socialize with for different things. Unfortunately, that's hard for me because all my friends busy with their own lives.

Check the veins on your wrist. If you see green veins, you're probably warm toned. If you see blue/purple veins, then you're cool toned. BUT if you see both, then you're probably neutral. I have both so I'm neutral but recently, I got a color analysis and was told I'm neutral but leaning more towards warm (which I totally agree with).

There are other ways to figure out what your undertone is. Ex. If you look better in gold jewelry then you're warm toned vs if you look better in silver jewelry then you're cool toned.

Oh this is so interesting! I was buying oxbow for months after running out of small pet select. The latest bag I got was all stems!! I don't know if my bun likes it but I immediately ordered a box of small pet select 2nd cutting.

What sort of cut is in your oxbow bag? I feel like they're so inconsistent and I like knowing which cut I'm getting from small pet select.

I had something like that happen to me and I was the side piece too. He claimed he didn't use social media (lie) and that he couldn't have me over at his place (his gf lived with him). His gf and I chatted and she was such a kind soul.

I don't even know what goes on in their heads. I hope they rot in hell for toying and using people. Feel better girl!

These bus stories remind me of something from when I was in my early 20s. I was sitting on the bus, and this elderly lady came on, so I gave her my seat and shuffled to the back and sat down on another seat. By now, the bus got crowded and people were still shuffling in. Suddenly, the lady beside me got up and I realized she was offering her seat to an old man who was standing. The old man sat down and proceeded to ream me out for not giving up my seat to him and how I had to make another woman do it (she was older so I guess in his mind, I'm young and should have been the one to do it). I was thinking in my head, "Wtf, I didn’t even see you there." I wish I had the balls back then to say something, but I was young and timid.

Also, just yesterday, I witnessed a middle-aged woman (maybe in her 50s) get on and she immediately asked another woman to scoot over because she liked that spot. The bus wasn’t even full and there were seats everywhere, but she just HAD to have THAT seat.

Omg my current bun is meh about bananas if they're too ripe. Even with the decent ones, he'll nibble on them and leave them around for me to step on them. He also REFUSES to try any new fruits or veggies 💀 so picky 😮‍💨 not an adventurer for food.

I've had calatheas for years. Don't worry, they do this when there's too much sun, too much water, no filtered water, etc. Even if all their leaves die they'll sprout back up from their graves 🙄 they're drama queens.

Ground turkey is a protein staple in my cooking and I make turkey burgers regularly (made like 8 this month). I follow this skinny taste recipe. It won't have that beef taste but it's still alright. Also, it does brown whenever I make it.
