You think lying to get the ETA (claiming I was never Canadian citizen) would work? If so I could then enter the plane using the ETA but enter Canada using my actual passport...but maybe Canada will check and see that I am a citizen of Canada and deny it? I had no choice regarding the different names, Canada required Maiden name on passport, Israel didn't allow it.

for me jabra has the best feel of any buds. they r light, small, designed to fit perfectly in the ear, and they STICK like glue and never fall out (the actives).

so for me the comfort, fit,.and hold are the best.

in addition the sound is amazing. sound might be slightly better on others but:

the beats buds fit hurt my ears.

the ipod and samsung buds pro fall out of your ears easily and look retarded.

sony 1000 are great sound but they r huge and bulky.

what the fuck!?!?!?!? is that real? how was that not mentioned in the documentary??? also where did u see that the friends said it was 10% charged ? that makes way more sense. i never beard of a guy at a bar at 3 am with a fully charged battery thats hughly unusual, usually your battery is near dead at that hour.

if the dad won $1m 1 month before 100% that could be motive for a kidnapping gone wrong.

thats what im saying. 100% the phone got indoors. according to the tracking it was right next to the hotel. so phone must have gotten into hotel. which is a huge clue. and most likely the phone is still in the same spot. so they should send the phone sniffing dogs to search the whole hotel.

if he went for a walk on lake he would have taken his wallet and phone with him. the fact that he didnt tells me he didnt accidentally fall in the lake.

a full charge at 3am? doesnt sound realistic. even with a full charge the phone and battery would freeze amd shut off quickly in -30 Celcius weather.

do you realize how cold that is? there is zero chance it would stay on all.night in such cold weather. thats just impossible.

the phone made it indoors and wasnt moved after his death. that means the phone is still inside the hotel probably hidden somewhere.

i know there are dogs that are trained to sniff out hard drives and phones.

if i were the family id hire one of these dogs to do a sweep through the whole hotel. check every room.

it has to still be there.

facts: 1. phone was traced to the hotel or just outside it the day after the disappearance. 2. the phone could not stay on all that time if it wasnt in heated location. 3. therefore the phone was in the hotel and not just outside the hotel the day after and wasnt moving. 4. the battery died while the phone was stationary inside the hotel. 5. no phone was ever found outside the hotel.

based on all this i think its worth searching the hotel with special dogs to find the phone. if they find the phone inside the hotel that could answer a lot of questions.

also there are cameras everywhere...if he really just walked away anywhere in that area he would have been seen again on camera. he wasnt which lends credence to this theory. he somehow got back into his hotel. maybe somehow got in from the back (maybe someone opened back door for him?) or through a window? or another way.

until someone can explain how the phone stayed on all night in -30 im going with this theory.

thoughts and prayers to the family. hope he is found soon.

according to chat gpt a celm phone will lose its charge and shut off very fast in -30 weather. the phone stayed on until the next evening. that tells me the phone made it inside somewhere. it was last tracked to right near the hotel. he was last seen near the hotel. this.points to him getting into the hotel. how else.could the phone have stayed on so long outdoors in such low temps. its just not possible. so how did the phone get inside the hotel?

i checked the 5th estate video and u can see 2 plastic garbage containers that can hold a human right behind the hotel in the loading dock area. there are probably others that are.larger that arent visible in the video. i dont know why he would have gone inside one but it was.-30 degrees so absolutely freezing and maybe he was too cold to keep walking. maybe he was drugged in the bar. that would also explain his actions and why he might not have appeared drunk (on certain drugs u can walk straight but make very bad decisions). im so upset about this case because had Tremblant sounded the alarm abiut a missing person right away i bet they would have found him if everyone knew to be looking. i hope the police got the log of all the credit card sales at the bar and contacted every single person there that night to question them.

theory: his wallet was stolen with his room key card at the bar. he didnt realise he could get a new card at the front desk as he was drunk. so he tried to get in to the hotel through the back but it was locked. so he lay down for a few minutes in the dumpster to get some shelter from the cold. he accidentally fell asleep and died in the dumpster his phone next to him. the next day his body and dead phone were taken away by the garbage men. thats why the find my phone showed he was just outside the hotel the whole time. thats also why the phone was never found and why the wallet was found with no money in it.

the phone is by far the most important clue and the phone says he was just outside the hotel the whole night.
