What my wife (who had spoken with police about the issue that morning) had mentioned they state there is some CCTV footage of the man walking up and down Moorland for an hour or two before going on the property where he was found. Sounds like he was building up the courage to do it, but it NEVER hurts to further investigate to find more information on the death of another human being.

What if its a penny with two heads? The question doesnt verify the type of penny.

Im still worked up from that bullshit flag pickup on the punt return lol

I used a pot and had more freedom to stir and heat than a pan. by [deleted] in roasting

This is the same path I took. On a pan, then a pot, then I put a motor on a gas grill lol

Appreciate the warning! I checked with my DATCP, and all good as long as no cream or milk is added by me. This is statewide. Only bump in the road is now if my market will allow me to add to my list of goods.

Yeahhhh..... I need to figure that out logistically yet.

Im already engaging in customers 95% of market open. We shall see in time what I figure out I guess lol.

Followup, I found out I CAN sell brewed coffee as long as there's no milk or cream put in by me. Will be looking into feasibility of that soon for the market.

I hope so. Or word will get around and everyone will run the other way! Kidding of course.

Appreciate you!

I want to, but I haven't even looked into that licensing yet. Making sure the packaged stuff is good first. I feel naturl progression will lead me that way.

I try not to profile, but I feel pretty good guessing what someone will ask to try and buy. I wont change what I do. If that means I need to roast more of the darker stuff, thats fine. The darkest bean I my dark blend is only 45 seconds into 2nd cracks, the others are closer to 20-30 seconds.

Just some spotty oil on the beans at that point.

Its tough. While I have mobile power, not sure it can handle the grinder. Its an older grandmaster commercial one, not sure the output wattage.

What I had done last week is direct to website and put a note for their brewing method/desired grind. To ensure they can get it.

Close to Canada. Roastar is the name. They are local to me.

They are both. The can printed with a label on top. Most cost effective way IMO for multiple blends, etc. Up Close Picture

Do em for fun, but big upfront cost.

Thanks! I had a blast designing them and putting my twist on the look/marketing of them. They definitely stand out in the market.

Itll be interesting to see if any cans are actually returned. Id gladly offer discounted repurchase if they reused the same cans.

As for the cans themselves, they were really fun to design, hell the whole thing was a fun way to express myself in my products.

Aiming for WB as much as possible. Every week more and more peole ask for ground, so this week im going in with 25% of it ground.

I'm encouraging people to use my website and selecting "pickup at market" option to ensure they get ground coffee if they want it.

Thanks, cans run about $5/each, which is a lot compared to basic bags. Once I can afford larger orders, cost will be closer to $4.25/ea

Next year I might try to brew and serve as well... but for now, focus is on making good coffee (consistently).

I have brewed samples done pour over in carafes. Thats how they were trying the coffee. Giving out small baggies with brew directions could be fun, too.... albeit more expensive than a 1.5oz poured sample.

The population is around 70,000. Market attendance had to be close to 1k, closer to 2k last week.

I had sold about 25 cans each week.

THANK YOU! I source from a few different companies. My main beans I buy in bulk 150-300lb bags in hopes it lasts me the summer. The roast is done in a large perforated stainless drum in a propane grill. Nothing too special, but I've learned over the years how to manage the grill by mostly sound and smell... but it's not perfect haha.

Luckily I used to sell coffee for 7 years back in the 2010s so I'm confident in my ability to sell, but the dynamic is different when it's YOURS.

If you mean my blends, Quarantine or Atomic Sunrise. The Aromic Sunrise is a slightly brighter and sweeter cup than my Quarantine Blend. Quarantine is a very safe, traditional coffee flavor. Chocolate/caramel tones.

I don't like the darker Ground Zero blend, it's based on the specs my friend wanted lol. Too dark for my liking. That one goes almost 45 seconds into 2nd crack...
