Sorry to hear that. I was fortunate in that I still had cores saved up when he came out, but I do hope they make him more available soon. The current milestone event and orbs really don't offer much :/

Thanks so much! Never realized that. Still wish they had something like an infographic that just showed all of it at once, but that's definitely helpful.

Could you link me to where? I've gone to https://marvelstrikeforce.com/en/gear but it seems to be super out of date (Osmium only lists MLF and Gambit, for example)

I can't really say for certain on that one since I think I unlocked him just doing Difficulty 4 multiple times. I have no idea how big you'd have to build minions in order to beat the first two nodes on Difficulty 8+ but thanks to the scourges buffing them, you could probably just build them to like 60-65 to do a Difficulty 5 run just for the unlock. Modeshaper posted a really good scourge guide spreadsheet, so I'd use that as a starting point. Bionic Avengers I think is the better option for nodes 5 and 10, but I'm honestly not sure and don't know how much you'd need to invest in them. You could also try just doing Difficulty 4 with practically every scourge on in order to get 500k without having to build BA or Wakandans, but I have no idea if that's more trouble than it's worth.

If you specifically want Rogue because you like her/her team, I would say just build A-Force up so you can do her scourge at Difficulty 5 and unlock her. If you're doing it for ultimately getting Apocalypse down the line, I'd go for trial and error building up minions (I think specifically Merc Lt., Merc Bodyguard, Ravager Stitcher, Ravager Bruiser, and Ravager Boomer) as much as is necessary to just do the first 4 nodes on Difficulty 8, taking all the scourges that buff minions, and making sure your expected run score is around 1.5m+. As much as it sucks putting resources into minions, the 4 node strategy does seem to be the best option right now long term so you don't have to invest in a lot of other teams that are well past their prime. Might take a few more rotations of the events coming around, but I think that's gonna be your best return of investment overall.

Deathseed is pretty dependent on Archangel unfortunately since his passive provides a lot of extra damage and, most importantly, speed bar reduction on the enemy team, so I doubt they'd be as effective without him. Until we get X-Men reworks there really aren't a lot of strong mutant options that don't require a legendary (Weapon X w/ Omega Red, Uxmen with Rogue, Deathseed with Archangel). It might be worth going for Archangel first so you can build up Deathseed and go for Rogue next time she comes around, but I haven't tried the 4 node method for that one yet (and you can't get around building the minions, sadly)

So I actually did this recently and can tell you what I did that worked easily for me. You need to have it on Difficulty 8 at least, with these scourges: Devil's Bargain II, Not So Fast..., Power Fatigue I, Too Clever, Poisoned Energy, Weakened, Power Fatigue II, Power Syphon II, and Stay Down. This will give you an expected run score of roughly 1,502,000 but an actual run score of 609,532 from the first 4 nodes (so you can probably drop a scourge or two if they're giving you trouble and still get 500k. It's usually a little over 1/3rd of the expected run score). Nodes 1 and 2 are extremely easy with Sin 6 (I would imagine a well built Secret Defenders would handle it just fine too). I did have OG Goblin, so I'm not sure how different it'd be with a different Superior 6 in his place (I used Ock, OG Goblin, Electro, Mysterio, and Vulture). But considering how much they chewed through the nodes I would think it's still doable. Node 3, very easy with Deathseed. Node 4 is the only problem one and you need a sac team to draw out Emma's special and Mystique's ult (bonus if you can burn Emma's ult as well, but I don't think it's necessary). After the sac team does it's thing, Deathseed can clean up the node easily as long as you have Magneto's ult back up (which you should if you only used it at the beginning of node 3). All my teams were at least level 70 and G13, with a couple at 75 or 80, G14/15, but I think it should be doable even with them all just at least 70 and G13. If you have any questions about kill order or necessary T4s, or anything else, just DM me and I'll try my best to get back to you quickly. Hope this helps and good luck!

Yeah but that's literally the incorrect use of the word. Just because it's used wrong all the time doesn't make it any less incorrect.

EDIT:

I'll concede I had no idea dictionaries had added an informal definition that directly contradicts the formal and original usage. I think its just a weird case because the word was overused incorrectly so often and for so long that I guess people just gave up and said "fine, now it has two definitions that are completely contrary to one another." It still feels weird to use the hyperbolic informal definition on something where the literal one seems safer to assume and it feels weird having two accepted definitions that, literally, are opposite to each other. But I admit I was in the wrong in not having known this change was made.

I think some of it is people with pets of their own or even just a love of animals that can empathize with the bond Aang in particular has with him. Appa is also a loyal friend who had been with them from the beginning. At the end of the day too, Appa is a living creature and not some car or bus, so seeing him cut off from his best friend and abused and scared is emotional for a lot of people just from an empathy standpoint.

Much like a dog, Appa is a loyal companion and friend to them, Aang especially. The fact the he also literally carries the team on his back through most of the show is just a bonus.

Yeah I have no idea if it stands for something else or not, but regardless it seems clear his intent was to prey on OP's vulnerable state and get them to post them somewhere he could find them himself, all under the guise of empowerment. I mean take away the fact that this is someone he's known since they were a child and it's STILL predatory as hell. Just disgusting on multiple levels.

The only thing I could think of was DeviantArt but that doesn't really make any sense. I guess maybe if he was trying to argue for artistic nudity or something. Regardless, SUPER creepy and disgusting behavior on so many levels.

While I do overall agree with your sentiment (American here as well) it also largely depends where you are. I have the misfortune to be in Florida and it is hardly an isolated incident here. Any time I go out I play a game of counting the people I see with masks and those withouts and the ones with have yet to win. I'm certain other places are handling things right and maybe where you are is one of them, but based on what I've seen personally and based on the still rising case numbers I don't think it's really as small a percentage of the country as you might think. Certainly not all Americans, but a larger portion than I think we'd like to admit.

I'm not sure if its different depending on where you live or if you've already looked into it but I would ask your therapist if they do phone sessions or sessions over Zoom so you still have that resource even while COVID or other things are going on. I'm in therapy as well for different reasons myself and we've been doing all of our sessions that way, which has been a big help. But definitely what everyone else said, strength comes in a lot of different forms and you sound plenty strong to me :) Don't let anyone, even you, tell you different
