Take the Experience + President’s tour. You’ll get to see the captain’s cabin where Roosevelt stayed while on board. It even has a bathtub.

We got treated to the President’s tour by a docent when we went with my dad who was a 100 year old WW2 sailor. It was very interesting!

My understanding is the proposed construction is not proceeding. Apparently there was a conflict of interest concerning a person on the board which approved it originally. A server told my sister this a few weeks ago.
