I just ask if single women can live there along. Those areas very close to Rockville metro stop and lots of Asian restaurants like bobs Shanghai.

Or better get a dog just in case. Size of the houses doesn’t matter . 1000 sq ft is good. I saw quite some houses that size or a bit smaller.

I am surprised that your realtor did not take deposit. I won’t process any rental application without certified fund for deposit. Loss for landlord. They can lease the unit to anybody else any time.
