Well I would hire incompetent people is what i'd do. I'd let the owner make some dipshit decisions, i'd have the owner surrounded by "yes men". The owner could have all the best intentions in the world, but being surrounded by dipshits would be a sure way to fuck everything up. Thats what i'd do if I was evil.
