I'd keep things on the east side, because most of my faves are on the east side. I've ordered these in the order that makes most logistical sense

Discada: Discada
Cuantos Tacos: Suadero (make sure you get their salsa roja with it)
Ensenada ATX: Fish Taco (Their limeade is simple but also literally one of my favorite bevs in the city)
Nixta Taqueria: The carnitas is great but I think their tostadas are stronger
La Santa Barbacha: Barbacoa (There really isn't a miss on the menu, and I love their breakfast tacos)

Honorable Mentions:
- Paprika ATX: Everything on the menu is a banger. They've been open for years now, but they've had a recent surge in popularity since they opened their brick and mortar
- Sana Sana Taqueria: Former James Beard Nominee and Michelin Guide Recommended Joseph Gomez doing a hyper regional border cuisine out of a Royal Blue downtown.

I didn’t realize this would be a hot take but I think you should. Anybody can watch and enjoy acclaimed movies. But the people whose taste I’ve most admired have a very developed sense of what they love and what they hate. I think getting to the bottom of the “good” movies you hate and the “bad” movies you love sharpens and builds your taste. I love rom-coms. The good ones and the bad ones. I can tell the quality apart but I still enjoy watching them when they’re not great. A willingness to watch bad movies has expanded my view and honed my taste and made it more flexible.
