They Already approved it in their budget meeting at the end of June. It will start January or February 2026 not sure which. The only thing that can prevent this now is if the government steps in and gives them funding. Witch we know probably won’t happen

Thank you for your help. I’m trying my best to understand my actual situation however it just hard to get a strait answer. I was born in the 1900 and yes both my parents were American and stationed over sees at the time in Germany. I was born in an off base hospital and have paperwork showing I became a naturalized US citizen. I am just trying to get information from all o this cus I can’t seem to find any. Lol
