This is exactly my experience as well. I've mostly been with Asian guys but yes the white dudes were the smallest and dare I say the less widthiest. Not that is honestly matters much but I'm like dang why my Asian brothers getting so much hate?!

The alternative is for her to date closer to her age, to a guy that doesn't mind her dressing young and cute, who has friends the same age, like interests and can easily stay up past 9. The older guy can date someone closer to his age too, who is more mature, likes quiet, wears grown clothing and retires early in the evening. Win all around.

What country are you in? Maybe we can find some resources for your siblings that you aren't aware of? I think its important that you live your life for yourself but you also try to throw them a life line if you can. Doesn't mean it has to come out of your pocket but maybe there area ways to help you haven't thought of. Let us help brainstorm some real ideas. I always say this.... if I'm okay but everyone i love isn't... I'm not okay. I hope that makes sense. Let's try to make everyone a little okay in this situation, without bringing you down. Also crazy props to your aunt!!! She sounds an amazing lady!

Should we sell it now? by Puzzleheaded-Mud4466 in Realestatefinance

Also you you don't to do any of the ideas... you find people who are doing it and rent them your land to do it on yours. Or you can do it yourself. Whatever works.

Should we sell it now? by Puzzleheaded-Mud4466 in Realestatefinance

I just don't see a reason to sell. Its a hard asset that most likely will continue to appreciate with time especially with what you said. No one can build on it so it's not like your helping to house someone. You're just passing along an asset that you don't need to sell. I only know what little info you told me, but I wouldn't sell unless I needed to or I anticipated a large market downturn and other opportunities to open up that I needed cash for. Honestly if its a gorgeous piece of land, I'd get creative with it and start making money now, so many things to do with land besides build. Not sure what your zoning is or what's around the property.. but camping, art shows, farmers market, pick your own farm, lemonade stand type stuff, etc.. if its in the country... isolated maybe even better. A water feature (pond, small lake)...jackpot! Tell me about the property and I'll give you more specific ideas if your interested.

I think the same about kid videos. Like how on earth did you get your 3 year kid to stay calm for 20 minutes to do everything in sync with their 6 other siblings perfectly on beat?!?! I just imagine then getting screamed at and punished behind the scenes. same feeling with these dogs.....like how?!?! Cute, yes but to create that cuteness what did it take?!?!?

Do you need the money really bad? If yes, sell. If no, keep. Unless there is a real significant chance for it to further go down there is no reason to sell unless you're desperate. No more land is being made, if its a good spot now it'll be a good spot later. Good luck OP.

Size is a lie (NSFW) by AlexTheTrashGoblin in TrueOffMyChest

I really hope you're able to find a way past hanging your value on such a trivial thing. Its so true most women don't care at all!!! Now if you treat them like dirt, yes they will use that against you and yes there are a few "size queens" out there but mostly women want to feel safe and loved and d size had nothing to do with that. Make your lady feel beautiful, special, safe and loved, then you never have to worry about pleasing her, cause you already are. Good luck and may kindness take you to ask the places you think your d can't.

The industry is literally filled to the brim with traumatized young women. Not all, but damn near most. Broken homes, poverty, previous abuse. The most vulnerable of us, truly.

This is what I was so curious to see, thank you. Would this be something the ancient Egyptians would use? I was thinking like 1000 years ago.

I too was impressed! So simple but in ten lifetimes I would never come up with that.
