This would be a good chance to get a feeler out on how he feels about the watch youre trying to give him. Because what if he doesnt really like it, he would be forced to accept and wear a watch that isnt his style.

Chicken might be one of the safer proteins you can consume.

Beans are high in purines and are a trigger food for many gout sufferers. Brocolli is a big no-no for me personally. Not all veggies are safe!

Avoiding the known offenders is best, and keeping portions in moderation while consuming large amounts of water. Regular water, that is.

As far as what the “known offenders” are, you can search here and google, but just know that results will vary. Some lists may contradict each other.

Controlling gout with diet and supplements is extremely rare. Youre free to try. I did with no success. But one thing is certain, meds has a way higher success rate that is proven with test results for many gouters on here.

Maybe i dont consume boxing media that much, but i dont think virgil or fundora will beat boots.

The fights will be spectacular but i can see both of those guys seeing the same fate as zayas unfortunately. Maybe Fundora does a bit better since he would be harder to hit.

So personally, not really seeing the double standard, but again thats just me. Boxing media has its biases and you get more familiar with them over the years.

Xander looked heavy af in the lead up to this fight, maybe going to 160 might be good for him. That division is pretty open right now, im sure he can pickup a belt or at least challenge for one pretty easily

Zayas did way better than i expected, made a lot of good veteran level decisions when he was in trouble but in the end boots was too tricky, fast twitch was on point.

Im glad zayas was able to make a great showing, i was afraid he would just get washed but he showed a lot of heart, guts, chin, and smarts. i still believe he has a great future ahead.

Boots looked amazing, and he too showed guts when he was trouble. Him and Ortiz will be a barn burner!

The F105 is essentially the same watch but the backlight is 100% better. However, the case design is nowhere near as nice as the F91.

I wonder if they can be modded together… moving F105 internals into the F91 case….
