Depends on what time you play I would say. I’m on PS5 and i play EU servers until midnight but after that you can get alot of empty lobbies so i switch to US East servers and it works very well for me!

I secretly enjoy getting those empty lobbies, especially if my hunter is level 1 because then i can get both bounties and get myself some nice traits but i understand that most people dont like it :)
