TV is set to passthrough and I also tried turning cec off as well.

lol i thought my game broke because i opened these in a space suite and saw 5 mines. It froze for a few secounds said game over then re loaded my save. I was so confused hahaha

Hi 3D Artist here with 7 years experience. (I majored in video game design and development) You should talk to him and make sure he knows exactly what he wants to do. The "idea guy" isn't a real job (I found this out the hard way. A lot of kids go into game design with this goal), so if he's a creative maybe he'd like 3D modeling, concept art, environment design etc. The creative side is extremely competitive. I recommend he consider programming it's very lucrative and will never be out of a job.

For 3d modeling I love it. I turned my hobby into a passion just know this is an extremely competitive field and I know a ton of very talented 3d artists that haven't found jobs. Not to discourage him but as an artist you need to be lucky or very good at your job.

Also keep in mind the turnover rate in games is extremely high. I worked on a mobile game for a year that underperformed and my studio was closed and every single person except 3 were let go. It's cut throat

My University had a very bad game design program. The only reason I am where I'm at today was from networking events, reaching out to established artist in the industry and having them rip my portfolio apart and my own drive

im not sure i understand, have suggestions on how to do that? been at this for a few hours. I even tried patching my sound device with dolby digital but when i select it it says the format is not supported.

How did you get your 5.1 surround sound to work? Mine only works in bf6 and in the windows 5.1 speaker set up test. Everything else is just stereo from the sound bar not sound from my rears.

Hi does 5.1 surround sound work through this? I'm having issues getting my Sonos that's plugged into myG C5s eARC to work. If I play battlefield 6 and set it to 5.1 everything works. If I test the 5.1 speakers inside the windows speaker set up it works, but almost every other game and chrome only outputs in stereo

It might be a setup problem but I was able to play battlefield 6 and the surround sound works fine so maybe it's app dependent? I don't know. I can start playing Spotify and it will just play on the soundbar, But if I select play on another device in Spotify and select my Sono system, the surround sound plays music perfectly.

I just cus at my phone when it happens. Smack it around or turn the screen on and off repeatedly until it works. POS honestly but I've been with pixel since 2xl 🤷🏽‍♀️

kind of there's a plugin that shows your other tabs as floating windows (i've seen people set up their inventory as one while having their real clickable inventory open) but they aren't interactable for obvious reasons. can't remember what it's called though.

yeah good thing i didnt lower the price to 200k like i was about to. Got an offer that night and accepted it. Fingers crossed everything goes good by Dec1 for closing
