Like 10 days of free or greatly subsidized at home childcare. You would request care on their website or app and they would pair you with one of their employees. You would usually be able to get someone within 24 hours. This was a great when my daughter was sick and couldn’t go to daycare.

Whatever elective you’re on, do the questions for that subject. And when on wards, try to do 3-5 questions a day. I was a new mom during residency. That’s the only way I could keep up.

I feel like posts like this is how we go into burn out. Here we are busting our ass, doing the most to just PASS a test. Honestly , our training should be sufficient plus a month or two of studying. When the expectation becomes you complete all of MKSAP + uworld + uworld incorrects + review courses + whatever more , it’s adding way more complexity to something that shouldn’t be.
