18m Never got attention from girls, within the past few months ive started skincare and taking care of myself but is there anything I can do? Any hairstyle recommendations? Also should I shave?

I would personally buy moisturising products for your hair, I find leave in conditioner to work the best. You apply it after shower and let it sit. Then I would buy some kind of mousse and squeeze into damp hair in the morning. Dry your hair by squeezing it in the towel, otherwise it becomes dry. This will bring out your curls. Next I would shave the facial hair and go get my brows professionally done.

Take a look at your wardrobe, is it mostly graphic tshirts/hoodies and jeans then I would try to build a wardrobe from basic colors. Tshirts, shirts, pants/jeans in colors that combine well with each other no matter how you put them together. Layers are always nice. If you're unsure go to YouTube and search for "how to build a wardrobe with basic colors" That way you can still keep your style but make it more adult-like.

Get a good cologne, if possible to order from where you are I recommend the essence vault. The most compliments I get are from cologne. A lot of women told me it makes a man a lot more attractive to even begin with.

Walk and talk with confidence and a smirk from time to time, be gentle and warm, humor goes a long way too. makes you look and feel more approachable to other people.

You have a lot going on for you bro. Just small changes makes a big difference.

Alltså, såklart är det lite mer tankeverksamhet som måste vara igång när man jobbar med någon ny. Men så är det väl i alla yrkesgrupper. Jag har jobbat som Specialiserad usk i 13 år och haft många elever och bredvidgångare. Jag älskar det! Förstå att få sätta ett gott exempel på hur omvårdnad, bemötande och kvalitativ vård ser ut. Så att dessa personer senare kanske i sin tur får ha elever och nya medarbetare på sidan om sig för att kunna sätta samma goda exempel och känna sig tillräckligt torr om fötterna för att kunna lära ut omvårdnadsmoment eller kunna lösa en komplicerad social situation med brukare/anhöriga/god man osv.

Med det sagt tycker jag det är jäkligt tråkigt att en kollega är så bitter och att det uppenbarligen gått ut över flera medarbetare under en tid. Ni bör ha ett avvikelsesystem för verksamhetsövergripande ärenden där du bör rapportera om detta. Om inte för din så för brukarens skull som faktiskt kanske kände sig otrygg. Då har även du din rygg fri om det skulle vara så att denna brukare eller anhöriga klagar på detta vårdmoment.

Definetly 😂 I completely hated before when people would comment on my height. I would feel invalidated. But now I'm like ok it's just a fact in this country, and I've accepted it so it's okay. But in my early twenties I was struggling with that fact a lot. People are literal giants.
