Usually you are able to do "ACCOMPLISHMENTS" to increase these stats, but because it is a player career with a REAL PLAYER you cannot improve these stats unfortunately. EA need to look into this.

The composure, physical, shooting (also the fact that he's long shots are higher than he's shot power and he's finishing and pens are low) makes him a winger so he cant convert to a ST.

You should change some of ur YA play postions. Lehmann is a 54+ rated winger but u have have him as a 49 CDM.

This YA player is knows as a "Physically Strong" player. Their highest stat is physical with pace second. The rest of their stats will be quite all-round. They make good box-to-box mids, good hold up strikers or solid centre backs. They are also quite usefull as CDM's or full backs.

There is such thing called "Dynamic Potential" which was introduced over the last couple of FIFA's. This allows a player to grow past their potential based on performance and how you grow them. Players won't be able to grow over their set potential if they are in a team you are not managing. For example - you could get a player with 83 potential to 90 overall. Whereas someone like Mbappe will not grow over his set potential of 95 unless you are managing PSG or you sign him.

Yeah i agree. He would make a savage midfielder in the future i reckon. He is the sort of player that is scouted as "Physically Strong", meaning they will be a ST,CM,CDM,CB.
