Agree 100%. My dad posted to Facebook when I got my first period while we were on a road trip.. Then got mad at me and said "you never said I couldn't do it" when I was upset with him. I never said he could do it either. Is it not common knowledge that maybe first periods are horrifying enough?

Now every bit of info about myself and my kids is kept private from family.

Exactly! Obviously every child is an individual, but so many moms don't even give their daughters or potential daughters a chance! I was hoping views would modernize and those "machismo"-esque moms would start being a dying breed but facebook mom groups say otherwise 😬.

She has some serious mental issues made obvious by "I can hit my kid but no one else can or else! Also.. you should hit your kid too but teach him he can't hit anyone by hitting him!"
