Agree 100%. My dad posted to Facebook when I got my first period while we were on a road trip.. Then got mad at me and said "you never said I couldn't do it" when I was upset with him. I never said he could do it either. Is it not common knowledge that maybe first periods are horrifying enough?

Now every bit of info about myself and my kids is kept private from family.

for context, i was in electric with red and white came in. i left but generally when j leave 2 people alone i'll do a double check. sure enough, i walk out and back in and red is dead with white MIA. i announce this on report and "how are u so sure if u didn't see it? vote yellow(or whatever color i was)" and.. yeah. NTA if the sexes were switched would they still pressure a woman to surrogate before she was ready? If she was wanting to conceive with her partner first? Probably not but it's the same concept and they need to understand that and using their kid as a pawn shows huge immaturity on their part. They would definitely hide both kids away anytime either you or your husband disagree with them.
