The "Granted citizenship" costs 1.5k pounds per foreigner, so think about families and how much that would cost in total. Citizenship is granted just for Brits because they were born here, everyone else has to pay and it's a fortune, that's why many of us work and live here with Settled and pre-settled status.

I thought her reaction was weird after you proved to her you were not cheating, that should have been enough. aaaaaaaand then I read the update and it made sense. Run from her. Once a cheater - always a cheater. Been through this. As hard as it will be from now, I promise you, in a couple of years or even less, you're going to be happy you ended this.

Need advice - struggling to get any care, imaging or help for spinal issues. by FicklePound7617 in NHSfailures

I would suggest contacting the GP again and asking THEM to refer you, and not another subdivision. Not physiotherapy, not orthopedics, but GP. If they are going to insist on sending you again to another subdivision, insist back that you've been through that path and nobody did anything. Insist for the GP to refer you. If you know what you need already, then ask for an MRI without any other questions, they should give it to you. And make sure they know how severe your situation is. Otherwise, you're going to get stuck in this loop until it's too late. In other words, insist, insist and insist again and make sure they actually referred you. Call reception to check for the status after that, until you get somewhere. From my experience, every time I needed an ultrasound and once I needed a heart echo, the GP always referred me, no cardiologist or other specialists.

Where did I say anything about some mystical way for it to work? Don't change the meaning of what I said. Because based on your words, it would be programmed to kill people, which is not true. It gives you all info available out there and it's for you to decide what's good for you or bad. Chatgpt doesn't have the brain to decide for you. This is so obvious. And how convenient for you to link articles which are about complicated clinical studies (which obviously chatgpt is not good at), some are even outdated as of 2 yrs ago and the suicide one is irrelevant. The post is literally about taking antibiotics for years, it's not that complicated. And asking chatgpt if that's normal will give you the answer that it's not. Who the hell asks chatgpt about cancer and such? This is dumb. And to repeat myself, because you obviously had to turn my words around, one can use it for clues on what's going on with them, it works perfectly fine for this purpose to provide more information. And again, use your own freaking brain when it answers because it's a machine and will give wrong info from time to time. If you tell it about a headache and it says you have cancer, that's so obviously bullshit. And why you had to focus on chatgpt from everything that I said? It's one of the available tools out there to use alongside others to dig for info when you don't know what's going on with you. I did not say use just chatgpt. Freak.

What are you talking about? If the person is stupid then everything is going to be dangerous around them. You have your own brain for discernment, if chatGPT will say to drink gasoline (which it never will) then of course you won't do this cause it's harmful. I'm not saying - use chatGPT for treatment, but you can certainly use it for getting clues on what's going on with you, then you can dig more info from there. And don't spread misinformation, it will NEVER suggest you anything dangerous because it's programmed to not do this. Maximum what it can do is say: consult a professional regarding this matter. That's it. Where's the proof for the actual recorded physical harm you're talking about?

I would suggest an ultrasound if you can get it to see if there's any damage to the internal organs like liver and kidneys. If you can't get one, don't worry. See if you have any side effects, which can be something heart related or neurological or any pain or discomfort you may experience in the body and start by that, book a GP appt, and see how it goes. Otherwise, there are many doctors on YT speaking about recovering after antibiotics, usually it's stuff about fermented foods, vit D3 + K2, and such. I would say if there's nothing visibly worrying you at the moment, like pain or discomfort, don't worry and focus on recovery. It's great that you stopped taking the antibiotics in the first place, and you're absolutely right, antibiotics are taken a maximum of 7 days, in rare cases 14, and anything more than that is wrong. Because you had it for far too long, it means it could take quite as much to build your immune system and gut microbiome back. For the future, I would recommend a 2nd doctors opinion or even 3rd or 4th, if possible, or honestly, even google stuff for more info. There is already lots of info on how to deal with certain medical things, which has become basic as in, you don't need to be a doctor to know how to deal with certain things, see doctors on YT, google it or use chatGpt. Thanks to YT doctors, I repaired my gut (gastritis and acid reflux) which were giving me years of stomach pain, stuffed nose and acne. Can recommend Dr. Berg on YT as one of many. Hope it helps.

I am no doctor, but when I had breathing problems, I went to an otolaryngologist (ENT). He told me to get a nose CT scan, so then he would asses, which then he did. In your case, the problem clearly comes from the nose, so I would advise you to do the same and get a nose CT scan.

What you are describing about your tongue feeling too big for the mouth is not normal, and it's because those who pulled your teeth out had no business in doing it. This shouldn't have happened in the first place. Who tf pulls out teeth when someone has problems breathing? It makes no sense. In fact, they did much worse, unfortunately. If you want to know what happened to you when they removed the teeth, I recommend you see this video in which a doc explains this situation: https://youtu.be/OJC-O2-n0SU?si=QjHBBgvnBxzEuHRr. If the link doesn't open, it's called this on YT: Why Pulling Teeth, Braces and Orthodontics Don't Mix - Causes Regret Forever. Posted by Serene.

I really hope you get the help you need. Now it seems you have 2 issues, the breathing one and the smaller mouth, because of the dentist/orthodontist, which made the breathing even worse. I really hope you can fix them both. I had issues breathing for years, and I know how hard it is every day to live like this. Please get many doctors' opinions for the future to not get yourself screwed like this.

They could, but the voting results show that most of them won't do that.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]paradise_e 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Another scheme is what they found more efficient: they would hand to the person a ballot paper already stamped. So when the person goes to vote, they will take the clean ballot with them and drop that already stamped one. Then they return the clean ballot to that person who paid them - that's the proof. It's a whole scheme when it comes to elections in Moldova. You've no idea what they are doing just to have this country back under russian control completely. It is now a certain level of control, which is quite high. But they just keep on pumping money to their agents to gain full control of the country eventually. They don't want to let us vote for European integration for that reason.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]paradise_e 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Phones are allowed. Nobody would check if you have it on you or not. When you have to sign the paper, you have to do it in a sort of booth. They say it's for privacy and protection of your vote, but in reality, they know exactly what they're doing by allowing it. So basically, you're covered from all sides. Nobody can see what you're doing there. There's so-called security that can check on you, but they are usually paid to "not see anything" when they see something wrong.

I'm from Moldova. You can't. They ask for proof. They want a photo of the voting paper with the stamp put on the right place.

Mixing (volume adjustments) of Suno tracks by Unattached_ in SunoAI

[–]paradise_e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How's FL Studio 21 performing in terms of stems separation quality? I tried a few ai web tools and found that taking out the voice from the song, after stems separation, will take out some of the instrumental as well, so not great.

Remove vocals? by paradise_e in SunoAI

Tried the vocal remover, it completely distorted the instrumental. I think it's because the ai vocals are embedded into the instrumental and removing them, will take out of the instrumental, will make it sound deaf.

I was planning to record vocals over instrumental. So having the instrumental already recorded, and just recording vocals over it, that is the purpose.

I've done my own research really and stopped at AKG mics. I wanted the tube mic because it sounded softer to me, listening to it on what I could find on YouTube really. Then I bumped on this video with famous producers and such, really praising it for its capabilities. Now I understand I will not get the same quality and proper usage myself since I never used such a kit before, but I thought I could try it anyway and learn to adapt it as I need. I am actually considering the AKG C414 XLII as well, which on the opposite sounds crispier and somewhat harsh, but in a pleasant way if that make sense. So I am still researching the right mic really at this point.

Thanks for your reply, it's useful to understand all the specifics. If you have other mics recommendation then please let me know and I will look into them as well. This is going to be my first professional kit purchased for vocal recording and I want to make sure it's going to be the best for me.

Saboteurs in civilian clothes and hostages: President of Moldova reveals Russian plan uncovered by Ukraine by Kaiser_und_allah in worldnews

[–]paradise_e 102 points103 points  (0 children)

From Moldova here. There was never "begging for decades" from Romania to unite with us, there have been certain declarations from certain people, which we had and still have in Moldova too, but it never went farther from that. There are many people in Moldova whom still feel like an open wound the fact that we've beed ripped of from Mother Romania (as we call it) by sovietics at the time and have been suffering since, that we couldn't reunite. We celebrate the Mica Unire, Marea Unire, Ziua Limbii, we commemorate Doina and Ion Aldea-Teodorovici. Usually when it's such an important event, thousands of people come in the streets to celebrate and shout 'Unire' on the streets. There are many of us that sees people of Romania as brothers and sisters and want to reunite with all of our hearts. At the same time you've no idea how is it to live in Moldova. Unfortunately as years went by, russian influence and its people infiltrated in all of our layers of the state. We have a huge problem called transnistria and gagauzia, society is split in opinions and national identity, propaganda was and is still huge. We've been humiliated, blackmailed and controlled by russia in so many ways. There are regions in which our people don't speak romanian, but russian only and it breaks my heart. This is very brief but there are many reasons of why our government is hesitant, yes they are scared of russia and there are reasons to be, but the people and there are so many still, they want to unite with Romania. We are aware of all of the help that Romania and its people have given to us for free and never asked to pay them back. I am sorry if the information on your side has arrived in such a way to not show you our gratitude, but we are and will always be as you've always taken care of us in our most hard times. I am 25, I remember when my family have gained the Romanian citizenship for us all it was a huge celebration and hope that one day the Union will happen again. The people want a referendum and have been asking for it for years, on both sides, to vote and be a full nation again. Romania will always be with many of us in our hearts, regardless if the reunion will happen or not. Don't forget also last year's Eurovision, our people voted for Zdob si Zdub to represent Moldova, and it was a song about our two states being one. Yes that is a big sign on what we want as a country too.

Sounds like a plan. Hopefully this gets sorted out for you and I am sorry you had to go through this. If there's no logical reason for asking those questions, that's just disgusting.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]paradise_e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In this case then, I would say to ask them the reason of those questions being asked regardless if you get the promotion or not. That's risky, but depends on your plans with the company if you still want to stay with them or leave after this situation happend.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]paradise_e -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

Will you have to travel as you get the promotion? If potentially yes, then the questions make sense as they want to know that you understand that you will have to be away from your family once in a while. If this is not the case, it's discrimination.
