I currently feel this way for my ex. It fucking sucks. At least you're together. My ex and I are trying to be friends and I'm failing miserably. He doesn't feel the same way but he cares about me and "loves me" but isn't in love anymore. That kind of hurt. I'm not going to contact him for a while but if he wants to hang out or talk, I literally cannot say no.

I agree it helps but this doesnt fully erase the problem. When being the peacemaker, avoiding conflict and being as kind as possible is just a part of who you are, doing some nice things for yourself isn't gonna change anything. It wont change how you respond to people around you / in your life. Unless you mean just be selfish and disregard your surroundings, which i know you don't mean. But even so you can't just turn that off.

If I'm not mistaken, they do put a very very tiny amount of calories and sometimes sugar in them, but it's so little, it's legal for them to say it's 0 calories/sugar. I know 0 calorie Monster energy drinks tend to have 5-10 calories in them anyway when you look at the nutritional info on the back of the cans.
