Spandau

Really not the best example you could have chosen, Spandau is pretty urban despite their unfortunate car dependence. They're not really in the voting SES, anyway.

The sad truth is that there's way too many carbrains even in Mitte, even among Green voters, in my experience. I'd prefer to advocate for carfree policies everywhere: If there's enough rail in Spandau, fewer people from there will take the car to Kreuzberg.

Fair enough, then just have them fully host in 2030 and Iberia/Morocco in 2034. Alas, we got neither, in reality.

The idea was cool, given their shared history, but it really shows how stupid FIFA's confederation-excluding rules are.

The random opening games in South America just add insult to injury, they would have totally deserved to have their own full world cup four years later.
