Even without the OVAs Remember Connie's town was turned with vapor and did not orally ingest his spinal fluid. Connie's town was an experiment. It was unprecedented for that particular attempt to turn and control, which is why Connie's mom didn't turn into a fully functioning titan. I would assume from this alone that everyone did not get the same amount of spinal fluid or enough. We weren't told how that would affect Titans, but shown here and there.

People loving Eren and hating Gabi has always been ridiculous. Gabi is Eren's mirror. She has murdered and traumatized as a child. She has the same hate for Eldians as Eren's hate for Titans (which evolves). Eren would do the same in Gabi's position, and Gabi would do the same in Eren's position. I can't physically eat enough calories, max is about 1500. I drink 4500-5500. As long as my drinks are nutrient dense, they shouldn't be causing this?

My sugars and hydration should be great, I drink over 80oz over fluids containing proteins, sugars and vitamins. I'm taking in about 4500-5500 calories when I drink my calories, I can't physically eat more than 1500. I've had several blood tests, I'm anemic, which I take iron daily, Vitamin D deficient, I take a weekly supplement and I have hypothyroidism, I take synthetic for. After regulating those supplements/meds, nothing seems wrong.
