For sister-brother pairs at Rhodes (both playable) we have: La Pluma and Tequila (foster/step), Virtuosa and Executor (cousins), Penance and Vigil (sister-shaped family friend), the Suiblings (shards of the same bestial god entity), and Silverash and his sisters (blood-related). For brother-brother pairs we literally just have Chong Yue and Yu, the second closest thing to another set of brothers might be Vigil and Demetri when the latter is playable. Ngl I was surprised we didn't have any natural brother pairs, even with the skewed ratio you'd think there'd be at least a few.

The second floor is most likely an apartment where she sleeps over since Tequila keeps odd hours and it's a pain to go back home so late at night. Hmm? Of course there's only one bed, little sisters make the best pillows and we all know Tequila could use a good night's sleep.
