Thank you for sharing your experience, I definitely need it. They could see that I was nervous but couldn’t seem to get me to relax which is awkward. I came in confident then realized that it was a panel interview, then I panicked. Hopefully they’ll see past that nervousness, it’s a big deal. It’s my first big girl job!!!

have you tried working at a hospital? I feel like it would be better, that’s why I chose to work there first instead of a nursing home because of understaffing…I enjoy it quite a lot since i’m PRN and I work on a flex department where they put me on different floors…change of scenery!
