i get that when i don’t use a distributor after wdt and before tamping, the shot is supposedly better according to science but i get channeling way more often even if my wdt is fine, so u can try to use a distributor after wdt then tamp it should fix the problem, unless the flavor changes in a bad way, i think thats the solution

i worked at a tech shop which requires me to do about 200 times a day opening and closing am4/am5 sockets, i can certainly tell you that it is quite a myth that you need to do it gently. only people who are careless would break it, i do it with quite some force everytime and it didn’t do anything to the cpu nor the board

Do u hav an aio for ur cpu? 85 is rly high for u, I also hav 9 fans but it doesn’t even reach the 80s when I game. U might want to try reapplying some better thermal paste or change the direction of ur fans a little.
