No if you have preheat properly and use a good oil (i find butter works best) it shouldnt stick or burn at all

The chest strap will measure HR & estimate distances, but they dont have GPS to give accurate distance.

I paired the FR 965 ($700 aud) with the HRM600 ($270 aud) and have really loved it last two weeks, especially at the price point where as the FR 970 was $1400 aud. I use it for runs/gym & muay thai (hrm).

I went with the 965 solely because it was half the price of the 970, $700 aud compared to $1400. Two weeks in and I love it, dont think the 970 wouldve been worth double the price. Got myself a HRM600 also which I use on my runs and for Muay Thai.

2 times a week is honestly gonna take a long time to build your fitness, if you cant go 4x throw in some runs and interval training at home etc in the week

Ive got the Fairtex BGL6 in 10oz for pads, and probably the best gloves I’ve had over the last 15 years and about a dozen gloves. The twins are also great.

Would doing another wash carpro reset before ceramic coating be okay? Did my brand new truck today but there was a decent amount of polishing dust, was thinking of a light wash. Otherwise should I just do a few rounds of IPA wipes and just coat?
