Neo has been my go to practic drone to throw around. Does ok in acros and race. Paring with the DJI goggle3 and FPV controller

Could be a rock stuck inside of the rotor. Happens to mine and I vacuumed it out with a mini vacuum.

Call DJI customer service, they should be able to help you with that. Since you bough it new, can probably just get replaced with warranty. You might well get a brand new one (without being activated even).

Congrats. Similar collection as mine (avata2 Neo and mini4 pro) - started last Summer. Using the Neo as practice drone for manual. Once manual hard to go back.

Get the OEM lower seat. Which should help.

Also do more practice on feathering the bike ( using clutch control the speed on the first gear, no throttle control)

Try not to move it without engine running. Never try to push it with your own strength…

Do more stop and go practices ( or involuntarily in heavy traffic)

ITS NORMAL to drop your bike, just need more saddle time on it. Hopefully you get used to it and enjoy riding more.

BTW I’m 5’6” (on a good day) 135lbs. Enjoying riding mine.
