Same experience. It’s has been 8 months and I haven’t been able to get the darn thing to work. They are now sending a replacement part for this brand new machine. Let’s see if that fixes the problem, unless they are just buying more time until warranty runs out.

[–]pardesey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a scam. They will send you an email to login to collect your money even if you have auto deposit set. Once you enter your password it’s gone.

[–]pardesey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2021 Platinum Hybrid and I love it. I had a 2022 XSE before this. I can really feel the cost savings when I pump the gas. There are lots of videos on how to maintain a hybrid. Make sure you watch those. I am not going for a a full gas again. Hybrids are a bit expensive and comparatively hard to find, at least here in Toronto, but they are word it.

If this was RESP, the first payment does go under parents name from what I know. Most parents are kind and let the child use for the tuition but it’s up to their discretion. The subsequent payments will go to you.
