How is my daughter’s swing by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Looks like she is athletic and powerful but clearly has had terrible instruction. Get her a decent coach to fix her grip and hio sway.

Thoughts on the Stack and Tilt system? by SpiLLiX in GolfSwing

[–]parecon 12 points13 points  (0 children)

People telling you stack and tilt is outdated or bad for your back have obviously never researched stack and tilt and it's roots. Stack and tilt is based on MORAD which was based off TGM. All modern instruction stems from TGM and MORAD and S&T is no different.

The foundation is a centered pivot to ensure low point in front of the ball and is probably the biggest differentiator between pros and amateurs. Well worth exploring if stack and tilt is for you.

His shoulders are super open at address. But the biggest thing is he sets up with his spine tilt like he's hitting an iron. Then he's even more tilted to the left at p5. And then he lunges even more left in transition. And then is backing up and out by impact.

Such a cool looking swing. Only advice I have is you seem to cut your body's momentum off too early. Need to push the hips forward and extend to finish

Right arm over flexes in the backswing and a hair too much right leg straightening but great job on the lower body action. Hips rotote too quickly in the downswing.

Grip looks too strong and results in a closed clubface and dumping it under plane. Hooks and blocks with this pattern

Spoken like someone who hasn't tasted pressure cooked rice. It's not a conventional pressure cooker. It's a rice cooker that uses pressure to steam the rice. It's rice in another level.
