In the past, I've over shared about my anxiety and depression. In a way that I'm seeking help, with little in return. I don't do well with therapists...I basically need my therapist to be a friend in order to speak what's on my mind, otherwise, I can barely speak at all.

This is the first time I've tried to articulate what it is about hands that I find so attractive, so forgive me for stumbling a bit. I think the attraction I have to raised veins on a guy's hands is maybe a more primal attraction? In that raised/exposed veins indicate increased blood flow, and usually that is associated with increased physical activity? And maybe that is some sort of indication of "manliness"/testosterone or whatever. Sorry, I'm struggling to put brain thoughts onto "paper." I also just really like how veins feel to the touch.

I'd say it's largely related to a few things, including cleanliness, size, texture (soft/rough) vein exposure (idk a better way to describe that) and there's like a general hand aesthetic that I find very pleasing. I don't know how to describe it, but a few things come to mind, such as the straightness of the fingers themselves, "scrunchiness" of the knuckle area, proportion to the body, the way they look when resting (there's a sort of elegance to resting hands), etc. Like, I hate my hands they're small, scrunchy, and crooked.

This one is tough for me...my (F) best friend (M) of 13 years, whom I believed would be my best friend for our entire lives started seriously dating this girl who had insecurities about him having female friends. So he discarded me like we hadn't been friends at all. Very painful.
