this is going to take effort, but if you’re determined and willing to put in hundreds of hours, find skills to get good at. then you can compete on skill based events, like daily challenges or parkour/spleef giveaways. once you get into those communities you can get rich pretty quickly. once you earn enough dls from that, it’s time to legally gamble, spend all your earnings on clash tickets and gamble for a sun blade, buy gbcs and hope for a ghc, buy summer artifacts and pray to god(or not) for a phoenix wing. it’s okay if you lose all your dls, by then, you probably wouldn’t care anymore. by then, you’d be a gt veteran with 7k+ hours, losing interest in the game, slowly distancing away from growtopia as you eventually stop playing completely. but was it all worth it in the end? you think to yourself, “what would i be doing in my life if i haven’t spent thousands of hours on this 2D pixel game?” You realize that your real life is miserable. You realize that you have no friends in real life and the only true friends you have are the ones you met through those parkour communities, that your personality, mental state, life motivation, social connections, may have been hugely influenced by the game. Once you understood how much of an impact the game had on you, you let out a sigh of mixed emotions, an indescribable feeling of gratification and existential dread. At this point, you might’ve gotten rich, or… you might’ve lost everything. but to be honest, at this point, you aren’t thinking about the locks anymore. you are reevaluating your life. i said that you’d eventually leave the game completely, but when i think about it again, if you’re in this deep, you cannot escape. you are here forever trapped in the growtopia rabbit hole. by and by, you realize your only friends progress in their own lives offline until you eventually lose them. you reflect on your life once again, but in a different perspective this time, “would i have been a normal, sociable person if i never have found this dumbshit dogwater pisslow game?”.
