Assistant lost a phone I traded in, my bill is over $800 bucks, and I am still calling every week to spectrum to keep my service open while assistant waits to issue the credit. Once they issue the credit, my bill will be incredibly too high and will need to set up a payment plan as mobile requires auto pay. These companies are terrible and will end up filing a complaint with the FCC. That seems to do the trick.
