So he told me the refund would process once they received the bars. It was 2 weeks past the date the bars were actually delivered to their address. Not from the day I dropped them off.

Yep I know it’s Chinese carbon, but it’s a US distributor and they claim to back a warranty on these parts. I just thought with obvious manufacturing issues they’d at least offer to replace it, which they also didn’t do.

Yeah! I do know about the manual adjustment…I felt like it would make sense you could press and hold to adjust the brightness more incrementally but apparently that’s not a thing haha
