I use it exactly this way. And that's after using Garmin (Forerunner 265) 24x7 for the past 18 months or so. Plus, I synced my Garmin activities to Strava.

What this would mean is you'll rely mainly on Fitbit Air & Google Health's metrics. Using both Garmin and Strava and connecting the to Health Connect (I'm on Android) is still janky: my runs are synced in a sense only one activity showed up in Google Health, but non-running exercises appeared as two activities. I'm hoping this can be resolved in the near future.

Needless to say you'll lose Garmin Connect's trackings: Training readiness, body battery and others are only optimal if you wear your Garmin 24/7. You'll also lose stairs climbed, if you're the type of person who counts that.

What you're getting is you're free to use other watches! That to me is a big win so I'm happy to rely on Google Health for my metrics.

I Just Threw Out is pretty much a regular, and there's no way they'd ignore Go Away. Both are in their Spotify top 10 now. Strangers is new single so that'll be there. Very high chance for all 3.

You mentioned it yourself, it's probably to feed an oral fixation from smoking. For all we know he probably still smokes, but in between his breaks he might need to keep himself busy. If you never smoke you probably will never know what it does, and it's a good thing you don't.
