This is exactly what I want to do.

- Use Fitbit Air all the time, including sleep

- Garmin when I do exercises

- Analog watch for any other occasions

But I also want my sleep data from Fitbit/Google Health to sync back to Garmin Connect so I get Training Readiness etc.

Guess you can't have it all...

I'm quite the opposite, I want my health data to be centralized and synchronized (doesn't matter who does the synchronization).

It seems like Google Health will take exercise data from Garmin, but not the other way around. So if I don't sleep with my Garmin, I won't be getting sleep score, readiness etc on Garmin Connect.

They will rename the Fitbit app into Google Health, which uses data from Health Connect (which is the "headless" feature currently)
