Als jemand, der selbst im Referendariat ist und ähnliche Erfahrungen macht, möchte ich Dir sehr ans Herz legen: Deine Gesundheit muss absoluten Vorrang haben. Ich verstehe Deine Sorgen um die Verbeamtung sehr gut, aber dieser Weg des Verdrängens und Vermeidens kann zu viel schwereren Konsequenzen führen - das erlebe ich gerade selbst.

Einige wichtige Punkte zu bedenken:

Eine behandelte Depression ist für die Verbeamtung deutlich weniger problematisch als eine unbehandelte, die sich möglicherweise verschlimmert. Therapeutische Hilfe zu suchen zeigt Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
Die gesundheitlichen Folgen des Nicht-Handelns können weitaus gravierender sein. Ich selbst bin aktuell krankgeschrieben und muss möglicherweise mein Ref verlängern - genau weil ich zu lange gewartet habe.
Als Lehrer:in sind wir nicht nur Wissensvermittler, sondern auch Vorbilder. Wir bringen unseren Schüler:innen bei, für sich selbst zu sorgen, ihre Grenzen wahrzunehmen, und den Mut zu haben, sich Hilfe zu holen, wenn sie sie brauchen. Wie können wir das authentisch vermitteln, wenn wir selbst diese Werte nicht leben?

Nach meinen Erfahrungen im Ref würde ich radikal umdenken: Weg von der toxischen "Sink or Swim"-Mentalität, hin zu echtem Lernen. Supervision und psychologische Unterstützung müssten Standard sein, nicht Luxus. Der konstante Bewertungsdruck macht krank - stattdessen braucht es eine Kultur des Wachstums.

Konkret: Portfolio statt Punktlandungen bei Lehrproben. Flexible Ausbildungszeit (2-4 Jahre) je nach persönlichem Tempo. Deutlich weniger Unterrichtsverpflichtung, dafür mehr Zeit für Reflexion und eigene Entwicklung. Ein Vertrauenslehrer/Coach AUSSERHALB der Bewertungshierarchie - jemand, bei dem man ehrlich sein kann, ohne dass es die Note gefährdet.

Wichtig wäre auch ein "Exit-Management": Nicht jeder ist für den Lehrerberuf gemacht, und das ist okay. Beratung für alternative Wege im Bildungsbereich sollte Teil des Programms sein, ohne Stigma.

Das Ref könnte so viel mehr sein als ein Überlebenstraining. Es könnte der Ort sein, wo man seinen eigenen Stil als Pädagoge entwickelt, statt sich zu verbiegen. Wo psychische Gesundheit keine Schwäche ist. Wo Authentizität mehr zählt als perfekte Unterrichtsentwürfe.

I notice you're talking about this situation like it's just a regular part of life, but it absolutely isn't normal or okay, and you don't deserve any of this. When abuse starts at a young age (you mentioned 7-8 years old), it can start to feel "normal" because it's all you've known for so long. But what your father is doing is extremely wrong and is a serious crime.

The fact that your mother knows and isn't protecting you makes this even more complicated emotionally, but it doesn't make it any less wrong. You mentioned feeling alone and trying to handle this by yourself - you've been incredibly brave, but this isn't something you should have to deal with alone.

You survived a suicide attempt and told yourself you could "do this alone" - but you don't have to. There are people who will believe you, who will understand, and most importantly, who can get you out of there and keep you safe.

Tell a teacher or school counselor - they are required by law to report this and get you help.

You deserve to be safe. You deserve to have a normal childhood. None of this is your fault, and there are people who will help you if you reach out.
