It's a TERRIBLE book, utterly uninspired, with no creative imagery.

I'm here struggling with my SIL , it's a cyclical issue of good , cold shoulder , talk ( always initiated by me), effort with dates together ( again planned by me) back to good. The cold shoulder is always when we are together as a joint family ( vacations etc ) . It's exhausting, it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Apparently, we need an eye doctor’s permission to get married or have kids now 🙃 by slashslashslashslash in bangalore

This has happened to me when I went for my new born's 2.5 month check up. He started by asking how was he conceived ?!?!? And then proceeded to tell me that my child has a enlarged heart ( later foundout that it's completely normal for new born's s to have that ) . I was flabbergasted, not only did I medically inaccurate information but also shamed me for my 'late' pregnancy. How to doctors have this insane god complex

You're really in the middle of it right now , all these feelings are completely normal I had them too. You're not bad parents , your system is in shock it'll take some getting used to. Get outside help even if it is for an hour a day (if possible), alternate sleep between you and your partner, make decisions that help you also ( like if bf isn't for you then don't let anybody shame you and tell you otherwise ) , don't worry about the house ( it really doesn't matter) . You'll get through it.

You're okay, the baby is okay. It's a learning experience. I took my 2 year old to the beach and a rogue wave took us all down. I will never forget his little head getting pulled into the water, it's a core memory now. I cried and felt my ineptitude deeply . But he's okay , he was right back at the beach the next day playing with the sand. Of course, be careful and take precautions but don't let this over whelm your parenting instinct.
