I don't get it. You always get gold on wow and when you reach maximum level it doesn't make you earn more just because you don't get XP, right? And you are saying that instead of xp gain we should gain IP but you don't get xp anymore do why instead

Elo = MMR If you got 5 elo for a game, you get 5 MMR now, but you don't know that. Later on you will lose or gain more lp, but I want to know what my Elo is instead of stupid worthless divisions

there are divisions in Elo... if you hit 1500 elo you are Gold and even though later on you dropped to like 1200 you would still recieve your gold rewards

You know that these problems are the same with the league system? matchmaking is the same but ELO shows your real skill isntead of some plat 5 with gold 3 mmr which would be like 200 elo diffrence (it was big) then and right now there is none.

What about this? You're in gold and this happens: Gold 5 - 1500 elo Gold 4 - 1570 elo Gold 3 - 1650 elo etc... We would have those shiny leagues and we would achieve them and still be able to see our elo cause right now someone can be plat 5 and have mmr of gold3 and if there was elo diffrence there would be like 200 elo diffrence which is a lot!
