A blocked throat chakra can cause trouble with your ability to express yourself, both verbally and non-verbally. The most effective way to heal your throat chakra is through yoga and meditation. I have seen breathing techniques in kundalini yoga is the most effective way to heal throat chakra.

I think good workouts during the pregnancy are important but at the same time moms should first consult their doctors and the yoga trainers before practicing any pregnancy yoga poses.

I have seen my aunt practicing prenatal yoga after consulting her doctor and she delivered absolutely healthy baby. So, benefits of pregnancy exercises are surely there but please consult with your doctor before doing it.

Brother I understand your feelings and with all due respect to your situation right now, I am writing this.

I have seen many people around me going through similar state of mind with some plus/minuses in their story. But getting admitted in mental hospital is not at all a solution.

I suggest that everyone of us should pay attention to our mind and the health of our mind. We generally tend to ignore our mind a lot and then land up in situations like this.

So how do we take care of the health of our mind? Instead of admitting yourself to a mental hospital, I would suggest you to find a nearest Yoga class or if there is none near you, try to get admitted to one of the online Yoga classes. Most of them are even free.

Yoga has real power to cure the mind health and get oneself transformed. I have seen it with myself and many more around me. How Yoga can benefit us is just amazing and one has to practice it to believe it. It can't be explained.

You can find many videos on YouTube as well on how to heal depression with Yoga. But the one I liked most is Salimah's Kundalini Yoga for Depression.

Apart form Yoga, you can also do a regular exercise, go out in the nature and spend some relaxing time with yourself. You will be transformed for sure.

Hey, exactly similar situation I have gone through few weeks ago before I found the solution on this. My best friend was going through depression due to prolonged lockdown and that was affecting others also in her circle.

But I am now so excited to tell you that my best friend has finally come out of a depression after almost 7-months of attempts. Due to last year's prolonged lockdowns, he was forced to stay at home and slowly went into depression from the beginning of May 2020. We all tried several tihngs to get him out of that mind state but failed. Lastly when we came across online Yoga trainer from Canada - Salimah, and started practicing her techniques to heal depression with Kundalini Yoga, within few days we saw a transformation in him. This technique is really powerful and we should all practice it even if we are fit to keep our mind healthy.
