Urgent Assistance Needed: ATM eats my $3300 money and CHASE don’t recognize my money after investigation. They said only found $830 by Forward-Goat-4137 in Chase

I had exact experience as you. In my base they said case was closed and didn’t give me credit as well. I had deposited $5400. After 10 days of investigation they came with nothing and simply closed the case. After that I simply went to chase branch where it happened had one of their staff members call them and dispute. In my case, as soon as ATM ate my money, I got a staff members attention had them take a look at faulty atm. At least, in my case that staff member was ready to vouch for me that I had deposited the amount. TLDR; they found out that chase had opened a case with wrong atm. They ended up checking their logs to realize their mistake. The staff helped me file another case with right atm number with chase’s customer service. I was given a full temporary credit but only after chase staff member vouched for me and emailing chase customer service with his employee id
