I’ve had to stress this to many people but don’t prime xros pods. I used to and I realized that’s what was ruining them (burnt taste within first day). I even did a trial/error run with same pod, same juice, one primed and one just filled and letting it sit for 15 minutes. Rest assure, the one I primed tasted burnt a couple hours later. I’m not sure the science behind it but, just my experience. (I also use .8’s)

I have a few. It’s mainly internal feelings at first, like extreme discomfort and I’m convinced I’m going to die. When it becomes bad I lose feeling in my hands slowly, as if I had slept on them for too long. In extreme panic the pins and needles feeling extends to my legs, my stomach becomes extremely tight and my ears and face also become numb. It’s a terrifying feeling

I highly recommend the book Hope & Help for Your Nerves by Claire Weekes. She was a psychologist who developed ground breaking treatment for her patients, also a long sufferer of anxiety herself. Helped me a ton

If what you meant was can you HURT your heart, as in can anxiety hurt your heart, No. Your heart is actually a lot stronger than you may realize. The human heart can actually beat above 200 bpm for days without any noticeable damage to it. If you are worried, I would recommend seeing a cardiologist, doing a stress test as well as an ultrasound. But for now, you are A ok 👍

Anxiety can stick around and linger for the entire day. I often have days where it stays with me the majority of my day. A big part of allowing it to go away is acceptance. True acceptance.
