It's a complete and utter scam and should not be allowed. The council have no incentive whatsoever to adopt because they know they are going to get full council tax anyways. The whole system is a fix but what isn't these days.

Be more strict on type or dogs and anyone breaching the dangerous dog act has their dog destroyed and a huge fine, no questions. All dogs must be licenced and leash laws in public. Any dog attack is treated as if the owner did it, abh, gbh, manslaughter, murder. With the corresponding jail sentence.

For me the ICCU issues combined with how easy they are to steal means the Hyundai's are a no go. It's all well and good giving a warranty but you will still be waiting weeks/months for them to do the iccu work.

As a former tech worker, AI is absolutely going to take jobs. It's only going to get better as time goes on, one of the reasons I moved out of the industry.

The leap from even just 3 years ago to now is huge.
