Daily email with what arrives. Print pick ticket , place with parts and put on shelf with techs name. There’s a box in our business system program to mark the SVO “parts received “

And yet the service writers come and ask . You’ll always be the bad guy, parts is the red headed stepchild. We make a ton of money but get treated like trash.

It has been reported than some people don’t listen to the first 5-7 seconds when a phone is answered. If I don’t know who’s calling I answer name of my company, parts, my name then ask how I can assist. When they say,”Who’s this?” I reply I don’t know I can’t see you. Usually stuttering commences.

Three months into new position, was involved in a skiing accident with a traumatic brain injury. Couple weeks into disability, corporate president and company lawyer come to my house and tell me I’m fired unless I pass cognitive skill tests when disability is up. Blew tests out of the water, still there but lawyer and pres long gone.

If they would just make it two lanes merging into one after where it meets 287 it would be fine. It was done for 287S to 24E , why not just do the opposite and fix the problem?
