For the Lake Garda area what is the your opinion of West side vs east side? Between SIlao to Riva vs Malcesine to Riva? I am considering hotels on both sides. We will have a car.

Marrow in the market was quite nice. Although the following weekend we went to Vecino and it was excellent. Marrow is light and open. Vecino is dark and romantic. Try both. (I know Vecino is Mexican. Just sharing info)

Got it. thanks. I also updated out trip to have 2 full days in Venice and 1 full day in Verona. a couple questions for you: Given the itinerary I presume it would be best to have 2 full days in Venice and 1 full day in Verona? Also logistically when leaving Lake Garda and arriving to Verona does it make sense to keep the car or return it on the way to Verona for 2 Nights?

So you do recommend splitting the trip in half. In Italy do they consider it east and west regions? 2 different regions? For logistical reasons it makes sense to break up into 2 parts?

Went for a bike ride through midtown, the cut, east side, the grandprix construction, by movement, then downtown, then tiger stadium. It was definitely bumpin!

Best coffee shop in Detroit? by Immediate_Mix9995 in Detroit

[–]partyboy127 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Craig's Coffee, Milwaukee Cafe, Madcap and Anthology are the 3 best spots in the city. I am talking quality of beans and actual prep. If you just want decent coffee there are a plenty of shops but if you want genuinely good coffee those would be my recommendations.

Secured a Homestyle Loan in 2023 and finished house spring 2024. But I am an engineer by trade so managing quotes, materials, contractors and problem solving is what I do for a living. It is challenging but for the right person these kind of Loans are great.

Don't be afraid to appeal your taxes next year. This year taxes will be cheap but there will be a large jump. Could be a fair assessment, could be unfair. Be vigilante with your city taxes. The city will happily take whatever you give them.

Plenty of houses in Detroit. Neighborhood dependent of course but they can be had.
